2.1 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content (which can be accessed immediately upon purchase), we generally do not offer refunds on digital downloads once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded, except where required by law.
We will, however, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where:
- The product was materially different from its description at the time of purchase
- A technical fault prevented access to the purchased content and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
- The purchase was made in error and access has not yet been granted
2.2 Services
